C4Waterman.com Return Policy
All returns, exchanges or warranty returns must have a return authorization number and a copy of the original receipt. To obtain a return authorization number,

C4 Waterman allows returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will apply and the item must be returned in its original condition
with original packaging.
Returns are not allowed for items purchased under the following categories except in cases of shipping damage:
- Clearance items
- Personalized items such as custom length paddles, etc.
- Bundled items at a discounted rate unless the entire bundle is returned
- Items marked "non-returnable" on the website
- Items that have been used or are not in like-new, resellable condition
Shipping Damage and Potential Shipping Damage
You must inspect all items for potential damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. If the shipment has visible damage you should refuse it.
Note any damage on the delivery receipt when refusing the delivery (i.e. box corners crushed, tears, rips, slices. marks, etc.) and be specific.
Obtain a copy of the delivery receipt. You will be contacted to discuss re-shipment or credit as required. Unpackage and inspect all boards or
iSUPs in your delivery to verify there is no damage before signing the delivery receipt.
C4 Waterman, Inc. must be notified of any damage within 5 days of receipt. If C4 Waterman is not notified within 5 days it will
become your responsibilty to file a damage claim with the delivering carrier.
By signing the delivery receipt you have accepted the items to be in perfect condition. If the receipt is signed without noting
any damage a claim cannot be processed.
If you believe there may be damage to the items even though there is no visible damage to the shipping box, write "Subject to inspection" on
the delivery receipt when signing.
Even if no damage is suspected you should open and inspect all items within 24 hours of receipt and make a thorough inspection.
Accessories, Parts and Kits Warranty
If an item purchased is defective and is warrantied you must contact C4 Waterman customer service within 45 days of receipt.
C4 Waterman will issue a return authorization as needed. If the accessory, part or kit is found to be defective it will be repaired,
replaced or refunded at the discretion of C4 Waterman. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear,
accident, abuse, neglect, improper storage or handling, or any other causes external to the item.
iSUP and Hard Board Warranty
iSUP and Hardboards are warrantied to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of
purchase. Board failure due to a manufacturing defect will be replaced or repaired at C4 Waterman's discretion. This warranty does not cover
damage or malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, neglect, improper storage or handling, or any other causes external to the item.
